Satisfaction rates among timeshare owners continue to be high, according to a recently published industry report. The European Timeshare Industry 2008, a comprehensive study authored by The Christel DeHaan Tourism & Travel Research Institute, University of Nottingham, UK*, reported as part of their findings that:
