After another glorious summer, a new Christmas Season is just around the corner and as in previous years, a wonderful array of festive fare menus for the Christmas and New Year holidays have been prepared by our award winning Executive Chef Jimmy Staros and his internationally trained team. Christmas Day lunch during this special period features some typical Spanish dishes as well as the traditional British favourite of roast turkey and all the trimmings. Besides the gastronomic experiences, there are also plenty of selected activities lined up to keep you entertained during the Christmas season and to ensure that it will be truly memorable.
