Green-fingered guests staying at our Club La Costa World resorts of Trenython Manor and Hustyns can welcome in the spring months by attending the 100th Spring Flower Show at the Boconnoc House & Estate.
A brilliantly colourful spectacle awaits as Cornish garden mania celebrates the warm springtime weather with displays of camellias, daffodils, rhododendrons and ornamental shrubs and trees among others.
The two day event offers much to see and do with plenty of live music, an abundance of local food and the chance to garner some top tips from experts in the Gardeners’ Question time.
Attracting on average around 8,000 visitors over the weekend, the festival is the ideal place to see Cornwall in bloom, purchase some plants, marvel at the professional gardens on display and take a stroll through the picture perfect grounds of Boconnoc.
Boconnoc House & Estate is easily accessible off of the A390 and tickets start from just £6 in advance for an adult or £7 on the day, under 16’s are free and dogs on leads are welcome.
The event takes place on Saturday 31 March and Sunday 1 April 2012.
Boconnoc House & Estate is a short drive of just 20 minutes along the A390 from Trenython Manor and 30 minutes along the A30 from Hustyns.
