The New Year celebrations are barely over but in Scotland thoughts are already turning to the next great Caledonian celebration – Burns night. On Wednesday January 25th, Scots and would –be-Scots the world over will be raising a glass in a toast to commemorate the life of the Scottish bard (poet) Robert Burns.
